Not black powder, but white.

Ricin.

I wonder... why did the press fail to breathlessly report these attacks?

I wonder... don’t you?

Because it doesn't fit their narrative.

On the distraction attempt gauge, this gets a mildly pathetic.

It was castor seed husks that was sent, not ricin.

It was sent to military people and the White House by a former military guy and criminal.

So saying this was a terror attack against the "right wing" is a real stretch... government sure but the political right wing... naw.

You can tell the difference:

Bernie Sanders shooter: Downplay his connection with Bernie Sanders, emphasis his mental health issues/make it about gun laws

Mail bombing: Blame Trump even before the suspect is found.

Really, because CNN certainly didn't downplay his support of Sanders - https://edition.cnn.com/2017/06/14/homepage2/james-hodgkinson-profile/index.html

And what they certainly didn't do is try to create a narrative that it was a false flag attack by conservatives. There are crazy people on both sides. They should all be condemned and both sides should be united in the condemnation. I looks that America is too divided to be united even when terrorists attack politicians.

The psycho who sent the castor beans was a psycho first and foremost, not so much a political partisan, although he may have been motivated by both right wing and lefty wing rhetoric in the same way so many black murderers were motivated by the Black Lives Matter "We want dead cops now" racist rhetoric to murder innocent cops.

Inciting to riot, inciting to murder. inciting to assault should be punishable by imprisonment.

Both sides should seek to be motivated by the love of God to treat others with respect and civility, whether their party is in power or not.

that and or the love of mutual respect and civility over an endless partisan **** storm

Bernie doesn't do incendiary language. So whatever caused the shooter over the edge, it wasn't bernie.

No one is blaming Trump for anything, they are just saying that some bat **** crazies might have been tipped over the edge by his incendiary rhetoric and now he is accusing the media of the very thing he is guilty of.

Don't need God to be civil.

Try making a true statement, every once in a while.

He is. At every miserable ego-boosting rally. The day after his "call for unity", he renewed his attacks on the media.

Maxine Waters told her supporters directly to beat up Trump supporters. Eric Holder, a former AG of this country told his supporters to kick Republicans in the head.

Keep telling that lie your only telling it to yourself and the few that really want to believe it. Until I see crowds in every state chant beat them up neither of those 2 people will be anywhere near the level of the president.

Are they the POTUS? Rabblerousing?

It shouldn't matter what or who encourages people to be loving and civil, as long as they are. Being defensive and stand-offish about everything that doesn't jive with our mindset is what got us to where we are.

  • Are you feeling like Republicans need their own "me too" moment?
  • Just how "thirsty" must one be to adopt such a rhetorical line as that at this juncture?

Yes I did know. I heard about this on the news. Like I heard about the attempted bombing. If you're suggesting the news is not to be trusted, should I not trust either story?

There were no explosives in Sayoc's fake bombs, either.

They did report it. Since the FBI isn't in the habit of revealing all the details of their investigation, there isn't as much to report. It's not like they can show repeated views of Hazmat teams moving about since it wasn't repeated.

Eric holder also said to kick Republicans in the head!

He said "when they go low, we kick them." He never said to "kick Republicans in the head." Not saying I approve of his metaphor, but your quote isn't accurate.
