2.) actually its not just NYT its another 5 articles i found really easy and even my local news and they all say the same thing and if they are correct the headline is actual quite accurate in regards to topic of legality, legal definitions and protections.

4.) yes the factual and reality based way. currently gender is defined as not binary and it has protections under that definition. If this ges down gender will be binary and only that definition will be protected and many people will be screwed and their protections and gender will not exist in a legal sense in this regard.

#4 Since the current proposal is to remove gender from government policy and only use biological sex, what's your problem with it?

Be whatever gender you want. When it comes to public policy, that's founded in biological sex, which is science.
Seems to me the gnarly problem of gender in public policy would be removed.

1.) Its not going to remove it though . . in government gender is already and was used interchangeably with sex. Currently its not binary which is the properer way based on facts and medical sciience2.). If theres a rollback gender will still be interchangeable in government but it will be binary which is not supported by facts and medical science and people who currently have protections will be screwed over.

What we 'know' is that several years back 'researchers' altered the very definition of a word to appease people. It isnt helping people...its hurting them. We can even caveat that by acknowledging SOME are happy in life after transition, but we cant even scientifically prove that those people wouldnt have been fine before we started this crazy train.
