According to the standard set by leftists during the Kavanaugh hearing, Democrat Senator Sherrod Brown is accused of violently assaulting a woman back in the 80s. The accuser, who is a professional and very credible, describes a violent attack that frightened her with an "unexpected, uninvited, unwanted, and sudden advance, roughly pushing her up against a wall."

And apparently there are witnesses that will testify she told them of the violent attack the very next day and that THEY were the ones that wanted to have the attack reported.

The leftist bar has been set. Sherrod Brown must go!
 
And there are actual witnesses?

More evidence than there was ever against Kavanaugh
 
Oh no...this isnt good at all. Now the reports of his ex wifes filing for a protective order are being made public. "in fear for the safety and well-being of myself and our children due to (Brown's) physical violence and abusive nature."
 
Investigate it. I even propose the investigators be given more than a week and should talk to EVERYONE with information on the alleged incidents. If it seems more likely he did it than not he should be voted out or even impeached.

Is that not what I was supposed to say?

It is not that much harder to get four people to lie to ruin a guy for enormous political gain than it is to get one....that would be my problem.

The bar has been formally set by the Republican Senate majority, not the "Left".

In this case, the "accuser" is not a woman who has testified under oath. She is the anonymous subject of a letter. Even under the overruled "leftist bar" test, this amounts to roughly zero.

You can say whatever you like but if Sherrod Brown has any integrity at all he would step down. The man after all voted against searing Kavanaugh based on unproven and baseless allegations.

He is a Senator...a representative of the people, and one that voted against Kavanaugh. Why do you support keeping a rapist in the senate? What was your position on Roy Moore?

What is amazing is that the Right covered up Brett's sordid past and would not even fully investigate the claims of his many accusers. That will be remedied next year.

Kavanaughs accuser has far less credibility than the good Senators accuser. And yet...you won’t hold your partisan senator to the same standard. None of this says much about either the judge OR the senator...but it speaks volumes of you.
