How the GOP can say they will save pre-existing conditions and be telling the truth.

The GOP will kill the present requirements for insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions. Presently the coverage is just part of the total coverage. so that those who use little insurance help pay for those who have pre-existing conditions that are much more costly. After killing the present requirements the GOP will still require insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions, but as separate insurance policies perhaps costing thousands of dollars a month. Thus the GOP is able to say that they are "saving" the requirement for insurance companies to cover those with pre-existing conditions without lying.
 
In case you did not notice, GOP no longer cares about getting caught in lies.
