I voted...have you?

I cast my ballot on Election Day. All the issues are online and have plenty of time to research them as well as candidates and judges beforehand. We usually go out to eat afterward then stop at the store to pickup snacks and adult beverages to watch the returns. The adult beverages are essential as they can ease the pain if your candidate loses or they add to the celebration if they win.

Greetings, Vesper. :2wave:

I will vote on November 6 in my town. One thing that will be much appreciated by me is that I will no longer have to deal with pounds of paper that arrive in my mailbox touting - every current candidate running for office and why we need to reelect them - local and State, - reasons to renew prior levies, explanations why new levies are needed, reasons not to vote for a particular candidate, etc etc etc! I can't imagine what the 2020 election will be like! :afraid: :lamo

I have not yet voted.

The first day early voting opens I am managing the Republican HQ all day.
I can do it later on.

I have already mailed in my ballot. I like to get it done early soon after receiving it.

Yeah in the past when there was early voting I liked to do it on a weekend day closer to the election. Just in case something happened. This year I don't care if the candidate is caught on video with a crack pipe in his mouth and a crack whore on their lap.

My wife and I voted absentee last week and dropped it off direct at the township office the same day. All Democrats got our votes.

I will vote during the early voting window that runs from 10/22 to 11/4.

I may do a straight party vote for the first time since the 1980's.

It has never crossed my mind before, but for the first time in 50+ years of voting, last week I voted straight party for the Democrats and will continue to do so until every vile, low-life, moral-less, repugnant republican is purged from the government.
I know it will never happen in my life time, but given their actions in the last 10 years (with emphasis on the last 2 years) they will never receive a single vote from me.
It's cetaintly more simple, one X and I was done. :)

Lol I feel almost the same way I have never in my life voted straight anything. After 2016...I want the mob not the "mob" that's currently running things.
