Please list all the MAJOR LAWS, other than the ACA (for which they were PUNISHED BY THE ELECTORATE in 2010), that the leftocrats have passed via the DEMOCRATIC PROCESS, instead of using partisan judges to "legislate" their agenda , through judicial FIAT, as they cannot sell their policies to the People.

A Conservative , CONSTITUTONAL ORIGINIALIST JUDICIARY, is the DEATH OF THEIR AGENDA, which they have been ILLEGALLY FORCING DOWN OUR THROATS, through the courts, instead of LEGISLATING their ideas...which THEY CANNOT ACCOMPLISH.

All the more reason to make the judiciary as CONSTITUTIONAL as possible....

So herein a modest proposal: The eight remaining justices should vote on Kavanaugh. Let’s let them be the arbiters of whether Kavanaugh has disqualified himself, either with untruths, or partisan attacks, or with open campaigning for a seat that seems to matter to him far more than the independence and esteem of the judiciary. If the whole sorry mess of this confirmation is to be triangulated against eight jurists who are precluded from saying one word in defense of the institution on which they sit, let those jurists make the final decision. If any one of the conservative justices wishes to break ranks and vote against Kavanaugh, so be it. If any of the liberals believes he is still fit to sit with them, it would be good to learn why. If the justices split 4–4 along partisan lines, at least we will have material proof that the institution is irredeemably broken along party lines. And if the remaining eight justices truly esteem the country, the court, and the public trust more than they like any one affable man, they could let us know. And it would be awfully good to know.


Please don’t tell me my solution is unconstitutional; I am well aware of its infirmities. But if the court is about to cement its status as a national joke, a football subject to power grabs and convenient moral blindness, maybe it would be best for the American people to see and hear that, and from the justices themselves.

This is the totality of the thinking of the left in the country which is an existential problem for the USA. "If you don't like the civilized way of reaching an outcome, go to war!" They have been raised in a cocoon that told them if they stomp their feet loud enough, they will get more cookies.

The OP has a point. instead of being able to pass laws they win through active judiciary.
there is no way around it.

We lose freedoms that way by these judges.

The Society Security Act of 1935, the Social Security Amendments of 1965 (Medicare and Medicaid), the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Higher Education Act, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Voting Rights Act, the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Housing Act, pretty much every constitutional amendment from the 13th onward. And on and on. Oh, and the Affordable Care Act!

She's fullacrap. UNELECTED JURISTS and BUREACRATS are not the LEGISLATURE. The purpose of the USSC and Federal Bench is to assess ADJUDICATED LAW in terms of its Constitutionality...PERIOD. Left Judges have decided that they " get to legislate".

Voting Rights Act was filibustered by DEMOCRATS, filibuster broken by Sen.Everett Dirksen...REPUBLICAN.


And Constitutional Amendments are passed by the ENTRE NATION, not the democrats.

The point is that this Stanford Law grad does not care about the rules when the rules lead to a result that she does not like.

It is all about getting what she wants.

Obama admitted he drank, did drugs and was a thug as an adolescent after his move to the states from the Middle East. I guess democrat standards have changed, unless they still don't condemn democrats for doing those things while simultaneously unconditionally condemning republicans for being accused of having done those things thirty or forty years ago.

That is not what drives them, it is that the new religion which is their rules of their UTOPIA must be imposed post haste, by force as required...Humans must be reformed and improved before it is too late.
