Ford's lawyer Debra Katz preferred to rubbish the sexual assault charges made by Paula Jones against Bill Clinton:

Lawyer for Kavanaugh accuser downplayed sexual misconduct allegations against Clinton, Franken | Fox News

Attorney Debra Katz made the rounds Monday on morning television to argue her client’s sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh should be taken seriously, an appeal accepted even by the White House.

But while her client's claims have raised bipartisan concerns about Kavanaugh, Katz, a longtime Democratic donor known for representing sexual harassment accusers, also has a history of downplaying or dismissing accusations made by women against Democratic politicians -- including former President Bill Clinton and former Minnesota Sen. Al Franken.

“Paula Jones' suit is very, very, very weak,” Katz said on CNN’s “Talkback Live” in March 1998 in a discussion about Jones’ claims against Clinton, according to a show transcript. “She's alleged one incident that took place in a hotel room that, by her own testimony, lasted 10 to 12 minutes. She suffered no repercussions in the workplace.”

Jones, who worked as a government employee in Arkansas, accused Clinton, while governor of Arkansas in 1991, of propositioning her for sex. Clinton settled a lawsuit with Jones in 1998.

What About What About What About Clinton.....Last refuge of the trump lovers

In other words, you just evaded the legitimate point I made about the credibility of the Ford-Katz duo, who are trying to derail the nomination as part of a partisan game.

It's entirely legitimate to ask why Katz has different standards for different parties. You can't have one standard for Republicans and one standard for Democrats - that's simply not credible. Your Islamic beliefs may promote double standards, but the rest of us don't like them at all.

I did read an article early on in this whole thing, where Katz discussed cases similar to this one, in which she indicated it was very weak / there was no case. Of course, that was b4 she had the opportunity to delay/prevent a judge she doesn't like from being nominated.

Lawyers argue the side of their client. That is their job and duty as officers of the court.

Better than you trying to pretend you care about women's rights. No credibility at all.

The joke's on him - I'm not even white - I'm of Asian descent.

its fun seeing the Clinton defenders pretend what Kavanaugh is claimed to have done as a 17 year old is more serious than what people charged Clinton with doing -and many of those charges were fairly contemporaneous with the actions complained of. Remember, Clinton wasn't a drunk teenager but rather a former chief Law enforcement officer for the state of Arkansas, then the governor of Arkansas and then president.

Are there no old white male Muslims? If not, that's news to me. Or... is that post just a blatantly racist swipe at old white men?

I'll take racist swipe for 2000, Aux.
