So, Booker and Ellison get a pass for crimes they clearly committed, but Kavanaugh does not because he has not been proven to have committed the crime he was accused of?

If we thrown in Bobby Scott and John Conyers can we assume blacks can be excused for committing sex crimes but whites cannot be excused if they are simply just accused of sex crimes?
