Well..I guess we'll see what we will see. About time...

Let's see how long the Obama Swamp leftovers in the KGB-FBI/DOJ DRAG THEIR FEET following THIS LEGAL ORDER, and/or start LYING that it will " reveal sources and methods" as the rats run for cover.

It has taken YEARS for them to submit to Congressional oversight, and they are STILL STONEWALLING to cover their collective ASS, in rgeards to their actions before, during, and after the 2016 election:

President Trump Monday ordered the declassification of several key documents related to the FBI's probe of Russian actions during the 2016 presidential election, including 21 pages of an application for a renewed surveillance warrant against former campaign aide Carter Page, and text messages from disgraced FBI figures Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said Trump had ordered the documents released "[a]t the request of a number of committees of Congress, and for reasons of transparency."

The documents to be declassified also include 12 FBI reports on interviews with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr and all FBI reports of interviews prepared in connection with all other applications to surveil Carter Page.

Trump also ordered the Justice Department to release text messages from a number of the key players in the Russia investigation "without redaction" -- including Ohr, Strzok, Lisa Page, former FBI Director James Comey, and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

I guess in a week or two's time we are going to find out if the FISA warrants for Carter Page were justified by bull**** or not;
How corrupt the FBI and DOJ were, or not;
How corrupt the Obama administration was, or not;
Possibly even how high into the Obama administration this corruption went, or not.

Guess we are going to see when the documentation is made public. Given what has been revealed so far, the Democrats are quite right in being worried about it.

Surprise, surprise, they are releasing only certain pages. Wonder if they also redacted parts of those pages. This will be another look at how these pages show that the whole thing is a witch hunt. Of course those pages that show it isn't won't be released. But the ones who want the end of the Mueller investigation will of course believe.

Anybody with a brain opposes the release of these docs at this time. These are the redacted parts of the FISA warrant docs that have already been released. There is no actual reason of merit to release this stuff at this time. This is Trump and his insane, completely self motivated effort to distract the American public at the least, save himself at the most.

Foreign agents will be able to pour through these segments that Justice and the FBI and the DNI have already determined should remain classified and they will learn how to reverse engineer them. This will put lives at risk, lives of American Agents and it will make other investigations harder to make because foreign agents will learn what to do to confound the efforts of US Agents.

Justice has already said there are too many text messages for them to damage assess their release. I actually don't get that one. Conduct the damage assessment no matter how long it takes.

If it were not for Trump doing some self serving thing virtually every day in the WH, this might quite likely go right to the top of the list of self-serving, Trump first, country last things he has done to date. .....The man is completely unscrupulous and completely disgusting.

Bold: The pages that are being released are apparently the ones that the Democrats asked for. Only they wanted it released to them with regular redaction protocols taken place.

The usual Intelligence agencies are conducting a declassification review process of the portions of the FISA Warrants that Trump wants released. I am not convinced they will be able to do enough to keep foreign agents from reverse engineering them...maybe they will be able to do enough. However the text messages are going to be released completely unredacted which is just like throwing the government over Niagara Falls in a barrel, a barrel made from rotted wood for that matter.

Mark Meadows has said "its time to get the fuil truth on the table". However Meadows goes in the same fruit bowl as Devin Nunes. This will not be the full truth either Meadows. All you are doing is proving that you are another cracked dome.

The DoJ and FBI are sandbagging and Judical Watch will keep doing what it is doing, filing FOIA requests for more documents and less redaction of current documents.

But wait! There's more!
Trump has a trump card to play.

If the FISA doc's show Rosensteins' signature on them thus making him a party to misleading the court, Trump has no choice but to fire him.

I'm glad to see the truth finally beginning to come out.

The entirety of the Trump team's Carter Page FISA warrant narrative has been a dodge....a magic act. Page was in and out of the Trump campaign before the FISA Warrants on him were requested. So Page was no longer inside the campaign at that point. As usual, Donald won't let a fact stand in his way when he is trying to throw more dust and fog in the air. Won't let National Security stand in the way either.

Trump has the authority and power to declassify info and make it available to the public. Manning did not. Assaunge just disseminated the information, just like any other credible news organization would have.

Release them in their time in redacted form PERIOD! You don't release docs that are part of an ongoing investigation. How many times do you want to do that? Once for Trump or any old time Trump or anybody else wants to? Do you think Intelligence Agencies hold onto better methods and use less effective methods? It has been said that declassifying these documents is a threat to our National Security as it will give our enemies (especially Russia) information about how we investigated them, meaning they will be able to stop our sources of such information and perhaps even get rid of them.

Some of the Carter Paige information had already been declassified but this information had been reviewed and the recommendation was NOT to declassify.

This seems to be an attempt by Trump to show that the Carter Paige Fisa warrant was illegal but the fact is that the parts in these 21 pages where it shows how the FBI got the FISA warrant have been redacted, meaning that only the parts that Trump wants shown are shown. Nonetheless. the parts that are of interest to our enemies have not.

It seems Trump trying to "kill 2 birds with 1 stone" inasmuch he gives the Russians the information they want but does not give his political enemies (the Democrats) the information that proves the FISA warrant was properly obtained.

Do you agree with this underhanded way of doing things that puts our National Security at risk just for political gain?
