Mueller "Witch Hunt"

The term collusion is just one of their last straws.

When apdst shows up in court as trumps lawyer he will listen to the never ending list of indictments and then stand up and say, but your honor COLLUSION is not against the law.
And the judge will explain that it is not but everything it lead to is...

Great democrat hope of the future: Mueller will some day stand up and submit some evidence of some sort of crime related to Trump and Russia which hopefully can be interpreted to imply Trump might possibly have done something wrong.

Democrat case closed. Nobody look into the Seth Rich murder. Period. Nobody examine the DNC computers. Ever. Period. Put the democrat party seal on the vault hiding any information and never open it again. Just as it was done in the JFK murder and Hillary email crimes.

So Seth Rich was murdered with DNC computers taken out of a sealed vault by JFK!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

WOW!!!!!!!! :shock::roll::doh

I see where BS-DNC gets its 'accuracy in reporting' from.

He should have never been elected for all of the **** he admitted to doing wrong before the election. To now act as if he might be someone who is squeaky clean, knowing what we ALL do about how he ran his life prior to the election is the height of naivete or, worse, willful ignorance.

Specific charges that may arise:

Conspiracy to defraud the United States
Conspiracy against the United States
Failure to register as a foreign agent
Various campaign finance violations (including Stormy Daniels related violations uncovered during investigation)
(Due to Trump response to investigation) Obstruction of justice
(Likely to be uncovered) Fraud, tax evasion, money laundering

If Donald Trump were any other citizen of the country, he'd probably have been arrested already. But the office protects him.

No probabale cause, just go find a crime? That's unconstitutiinal.

You mean Donald "No Collusion" Trump? Yes. He parrots it a lot. :lamo

Funny how it's not illegal but yet he keeps insisting there is none of it.

Still can't show the law?

Are you disputing the fact that the Clinton campaign financed a dossier compiled by former spy of a foreign government, with intel obtained from people affiliated with the Russian government?

.

You guys conveniently forget that this was started by a conservative and then handed over to the Clinton team.
You also seem to forget that John McCain was the one that turned over the Steele Dossier.........Speaking of facts - you deal with them fast and loose as it suits you. Doesn't make you look very intelligent when you can't fact check anything. I also know you will claim McCain was a RINO - yet he was one of the few that stood up to Trump.

Links and coordination aren't crimes.

They are not necessarily crimes. And lying about links and coordination in a security investigation most certainly is. But the potential of crimes is why the investigation had to go to special counsel. If it didn’t, no crimes that were uncovered could be prosecuted.

Bill Clinton rode the wave of denial to the White House and you find fault with Trump for admitting some things on his journey? Obama rode the wave of a dark and hidden past. What seems to be the problem?

Obama rode what?

Good grief.

Do you know the difference between an Intelligence/Counterintelligence investigation and a criminal investigation? Pretty much nothing discovered in intelligence investigations are admissible evidence (in order to protect sources and methods), and the intelligence analysts can not determine if any crimes have been committed.

So for the possibility of a crime, the IC would have to tip off the FBI as to possible leads. There may or may not be any crime, or any prosecutable crime, but that determination has to be made by the FBI/DOJ and they have to do a separate investigation first.

And because of the personalities involved, the investigation as to whether any crimes had been committed had to be done through a Special Counsel.

In short, this is not like a normal criminal investigation where a crime occurs and then an investigation as to whodunnit takes place. This is a case where there has to be a formal investigation as to whether any crime has been committed. And so far there have been a few convictions that would not have occurred without the Mueller investigation.

That's exactly what makes it unconstitutional. United States citizens don't surrender their civil rights when they run for office, or work for an elected official.

Either they are, or they aren't. If they aren't, they can't be used as probable cause, nor can anyone be convicted.

Good grief.

Born in Africa, palled around with terrorists, worked with poor people to address neighborhood issues as a (gasp) community organizer. Doesn't get more dark and hidden than that.

apdst, constitutional lawyer, expert extraordinaire.

Why haven't you gone to join Trumps legal team if you think the whole investigation is illegal, surely with your expertise, you can get the investigation shut down...

Here let me help you out while you troll with your unoriginal jabs...

The 4th Amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Have you ever heard of The Constitution of The United States? They don't have those rights in Communist Canada.

Here let me help you out while you troll with your unoriginal jabs...

How is it trolling and how is it a jab?

You're saying the investigation is illegal, surely then with such unrivaled legal expertise, you can shut down Muellers investigation tomorrow right?

The investigation was predicated on Russian collusion... So how many people has Mueller found to have colluded with Russia thus far? What credible evidence has come to light indicating that Trump or members of his campaign colluded with Russia?

I wouldn't call the investigation a witch hunt at this point, but I will say this... If this thing in the end comes up with nothing credible showing that Russian collusion took place, then based on that and all of the corruption within the FBI and DOJ that's been uncovered, I think labeling the investigation a witch hunt would be very appropriate.

We'll just have to wait and see.

.

First of all, is Mueller briefing you on his findings thus far? Do you have an advance copy of his report? Second, the Russians interfered with the election, Trump and family were in contact with Russians before the election, if only for dirt on Hillary. Trump even invited the Russians to play a role in the election. None of this smoke may mean anything, but it justifies an investigation.

I can read. Obviously, you can't. Nice trolledge, though.

Have a good night.

What, dude you run around the forum all day, calling Muellers investigation illegal because "The Constitution".

So, if it's that clear cut, that simple.

Why don't you file an injunction on Trumps behalf, I'm sure he'd be grateful.

Manafort is giving Trump over to the investigation.

So's Cohen, Trump's lawyer. Among others.

Boxes and boxes of stuff legally and Constitutionally seized. Boxes on end. Trump releasing stuff is a sand pebble on the beach. The posts we're seeing now are sand pebbles indeed.

That's exactly what makes it unconstitutional.
I am very familiar with the Constitution and its protections: Exactly which part of the Constitution are you claiming says there cannot be an investigation into possible crimes?
United States citizens don't surrender their civil rights when they run for office, or work for an elected official.
Of course not. I am not aware of anyone’s civil rights being violated by this investigation. Do you have any examples?
