So you're saying that a bunch of corporate money hasn't gone into residential real estate and the "market" now wants rentals?

Which means more expensive to buy and paying 25% of gross income for ALL of ones life instead of just the working part.

That everybody who can afford it is being advised to get some peasants, ahem, I mean renters to replace pension income that no longer exists?

And that much speculation is now just withholding commodities from the market to get higher prices (rents)?

Just so we can be clear.

The electoral college is an antiquated system without which modern conservatism would have died out years ago as a political force.
