As seen above Senator Collins, who said she was apposed to the Trump tax bill, caved and voted for the bill and used the promise of a fix for the health care as an excuse. Everyone including her knew that the promise would never come true but it gave her an excuse for caving into what ever the GOP and Trump wanted her to do. Now once again with the vote on Cavanaugh for SCOTUS we see Collins once again finding an excuse for her to vote for him and the wishes of the GOP. This time she says she is apposed to anyone willing to override Roe once approved, knowing although Cavanaugh says it is settled law will vote to overturn it. It reminds me of the entire GOPers in Congress, none has a backbone stronger than a wet noodle. All have lost whatever principles they ever had, all for the money to get elected to another term in congress. I am not happy with either party, but the GOP party is lost.

The GOP are like a bunch of old women watching a bum pee on their front lawn. They're afraid to say something so they turn their backs and pretend it's not happening.
