Any organization that uses a strategy closer to the Third Reich than the US Constitution should not be endorsed by any serious political candidate. Black lives do matter. Despite your Godwin OP, women have been "choosing" abortion over giving birth ever since they found methods in the ancient days to prevent or abort births; from plant/chemical concoctions to "tripping" and falling down stairs.

No one should be compelled to do so. No one is being "indoctrinated" into doing so.

It remains a woman's right to choose to do so.

Planned Parenthood (despite Ms. Sanger's history) offers safe methods to do so.

There are two issues here:
First is the abortion itself which is a cultural matter. I am against it for cultural reasons.
Second is the funding of abortion. As a tax payer, I don't think we should be funding Planned Parenthood with taxpayer dollars.

The only reason we keep funding PP is that it is a campaign issue for democrats. Many MD's refuse to do abortions on ethical grounds and cannot be forced to perform them. At PP this is not a problem.

• --Abortion is small part of what PP and other womens' health clinics around the country do for women every day. Abortions comprise less than 5% of PP's medical services, for example.
• --PP is prohibited, by law, from using any federal funding on abortions. So when people like you advocate cutting funds to PP, you're really just preventing millions of poor/working class and/or uninsured women from getting their birth control pills, PAP smears, yearly GYN exams, mammograms, STD treatments, mental health treatments and low-cost prescriptions and surgeries.
• --The vast majority (i.e. 60%+ each year) of women who get abortions are NOT young/teenaged women....they are NOT black....and they are not unemployed. From a statistical standpoint, we would use the statistical mode to create a "picture" of abortion in America. When you take the mode for abortion in America, you get the following: White female...single...working but living at or near poverty (i.e. +100% or below)...about 25 years old...already has 1-2 kids and feels she cannot afford another....60% have AT LEAST some college (or a college degree). Most these women are motivated by desire to complete their education and/or their ability to provide for their current kid(s).
