Run Ro!

Title should be “Ruh Ro!”

One can edit title during the time when edits do not trigger the edited notification at the bottom of the post. That's probably past, but for the future.

So we have a lousy thread title and no taste and no opening opinion....Super Duper low quality let's call it...

Perhaps the Manafort Part Deux prosecutors might be interested in a plea just to save themselves some time.

As it is, Pauli is already looking at 80 years.

Not like you don’t have an axe to grind! You know where to do that!

Roger Stone is one of many to come

Yeah. That Roman Farrow story had him worried. He announced it was coming already, and then denied it. We all know what their game is now. They leak something to the press and call it fake news then they get people who are paid to say nice things about them on TV.

I wonder if Mueller's ultimate goal is to get Swampy Jr to say that daddy was listening in at Swamp Tower meeting.

Today demonstrates how attuned to the minutiae POTUS is; if you think that Trump wasn’t behind where the flag on the White House was flying today, then you probably believe that the meeting in Trump Tower, (one floor below his office,) went on without Trump’s knowledge.

I am inclined to think Manafort was just trying to cut a plea deal, not a cooperation deal and Mueller was not interested. Mueller's DC case is very tight and the prosecutors will not be facing what I would politely refer to as a "hostile" judge. I suspect Manafort is going down in the DC trial and that the prosecution will go back and nail Manafort again on the 10 charges that remain undecided from the first Virginia trial. If Manafort has something to give up and wants to "cooperate" Mueller might be interested in that. But Mueller is not going to let Manafort plea out to less time just to avoid a verdict when Mueller knows he has a solid case.

I personally that the 10 charges won't be retried, unless there is a pardon for the crimes he was convicted of, then it will go into state hands.
and Manafort knows it

We will certainly know pretty quickly. I think the Prosecution has till tomorrow or Wednesday to inform Manafort if they are going to drag him back into court on the 10 charges that remain from the first Va. trial.

Prosecutors today asked for more time to determine if they would decide to retry the 10 charges that hung the Jury in the Va. trial. Whoops!!!
