You tell me and feel free to quote any such posts of mine. BTW, Muslims and Mexicans are not defined by race - one refers to religion and the other to nationality.

The problem with school districts is simple, they only have a few 18 year old's still going to high school. And when a student does turn 18, they are seniors with only a few months away from graduating. Purchasing firearms you have to be 18 years old.

This is the problem with the medical profession, if you say I am not thinking of suicide, or, saying your not thinking of hurting other people -- your free to go. Even if you say your thinking of suicide, you can discharge yourself from a mental ward in 72 hours. So on a Monday you told a mental health professional your not suicidal or thinking of hurting other, and on Friday kill as many people you can and take your own life. The mental health professional did not do anything wrong.

That is my point. When a non white criminal commits a crime and race comes up you are nowhere to be found. But when a white guys race comes up you come running to the rescue. Why only stand up when it is a white guy?

Also when Slingshot turned this into the guys race where were you? Didn't even see you when Slingshot made this shooting all about black crime.

Anyhow enough time on this.

Ok but you keep taking about things that aren’t connected. The Parkland shooter was a former student. He was an adult. The Jacksonville shooter was 24. He’ll, the Columbine shooters had no problem getting their guns from straw purchases. So you keep on about things that clearly don’t make sense.

And you sort of make my point. For all the talk about ‘mental illness’, when is someone truly mentally ill?

In the state of Tennessee, if you are declared incompetent to stand trial: the charges are dropped and your free to go home or leave the state. So, you could be sleeping in a jail cell (looking at years in prison) at midnight, and can be sleeping in a California hotel in less than 24 hours. If you have not been convicted of a crime, but in a jail cell -- you do not have a mental illness. When you have been convicted of a crime, you can have a mental illness. If the police department says your mentally ill before you get your public defender, the police department has lost the case.

Biology doesn't explain the degree of disparity. Obviously women are choosing to do something with their negative feelings that some men are choosing not to do.

The hormone differences doesn't explain it? Testosterone is a driver for aggression. We see this displayed across the animal kingdom, not merely with humans. This is how we've developed.

Biology is the only explanation and it's only via various social pressures that it isn't worse than it already is. It's why any region that suffers from an weak, ineffectual, or corrupt government you see much worse things manifesting from men.

No. If a Muslim does it and it is politically motivated it is called terrorism. Pulse wasn’t a terror attack. They did check for links. But it was likely a gay Muslim man lashing out.

Again. Terrorism requires an political or religious agenda and organization beyond a lone individual. Why do you want this to be called terrorism? What purpose does that serve? Hm? This was murder. Period.

But applying that standard, you have essentially eliminated mental health as a disqualifier for private firearm ownership.
