The answer is that you cannot plead guilty to a "non-crime" in a court of law. Duh....

I am not your son. Nor do I care wtf you think, and certainly you are not debating right? And its your type of posts that I present as evidence, as to why I do not consider these conversations debates. Such behavior would never happen in a real debate. Most of the conversations here do not even rise to a hint of the level that one would consider debate. Take your tract right now, wtf does it have to do with the OP? Nothing, absolutely nothing. What you are engaging in is logical fallacy.

So save the insults and try to get back on subject or just ****ing ignore me.

sure you can, we witnessed it with Cohen. Did you forget already? Plea deals are plea deals. perhaps read up on how that works.

You have obviously never witnessed a plea deal in court. Cohen was made to admit to the charges which were read by the judge. Are you saying that prosecutor made up the crimes he admitted to? That is ridiculous.

and in that charge was admitting to something, but that something isn't a crime. So in order to complete the plea deal one must accept the entire package. In the package is a charge that isn't a crime. Sorry bubba, but facts are facts. If you believe there is a crime in that one charge, feel free to post the statute that makes it a crime.

I usually do not bother picking up where I left off when Im gone for a while. Especially on BS conversations like we are having now. ANd add on top of that if its way off topic.
