If you are looking to further a particular political agenda, I'm sure you do.
I'm a democrat, I'm certainly not interested in furthering the agenda of the opposition. That being said, I stand by the comment to standon it's own, without partisan influence, because, indeed, WH admin governs our nation, the party itself does not. But, it would be more accurate, however, to say that you say that because you are trying to further a particular agenda in your effort to diminish the importance of that fact.
Admitting one side is as screwed up as the other requires a bit of courage and fortitude;
If it were true, yes. But, I disagree, so from where I sit it's a moot point.
and, its pretty uncomfortable and often forces one to do a bit of unpleasant personal introspection...
Well, we dems do a lot of introspection. Yes, repubs did it too back when they got snubbed ion the midterms during bush. But, what repubs did when they got their big win during Obama was to gerrymander districts on an epic scale and engage in voter surpression. This is coming back to haunt them as people are gradually beginning to realize that the only way repubs can win is if they cheat.
kinda sucks to realize that we the voters have put and kept many of these idiots in office.
Kinda sucks to reallize that many dems sat out the last election and allowed Trump to win. That does suck, but of course, it kinda sucks that Repubs gerrymandered, voter suppressed, purged voters from voter registration rolls, to steal the election. They pulled a fast one on dems, for sure. But, we're all the wiser now, and things are going to change, slowly, but surely. Obama & Holder are working hard to reverse gerrymandering, dems have flipped over 44 legislative seats since Trump took office, i.e., it's happening.
Standing on our little boxes of moral superiority and pointing fingers while screaming "See, they did it too/worse".....not going to fix things.
Ahhh, but I'm not doing that, the repubs and their sympathizers on this forum are doing that.
I'm not saying "they did it, too, and worse". No, it's simply, "they did it". Not saying we're spring chickens,
but on the pissing contest of which admins are vastly the criminal party, well, the graph spells it out very clearly.
You should give your advice to republicans, they should heed it.

Btw, a small point but if one side is screaming the other did it too, how could they be standing on a box of moral superiority? There's some faulty logic construction in your sentence, just sayin'. Sharpen the pencil a bit, next time you speak.
