FBI Cut Ties With Peter Strzok

“Cut ties”? They fired him, which is certainly beyond the recommended penalty of a demotion and suspension, which is odd.
 
We will have to wait for more information in an effort to flesh this out.

My initial take is that Terrorists win, Putin wins, adversaries of enemies of the United States win.

It’s not so odd when you consider that we know the DoJ is under intense, and inappropriate, external pressure from the WH and Trump’s toadies in the House of Reps. No real love lost for Strzok at all. I’m sure he’s a good guy, but his loose lips/fingers did Mueller no favors. It served the obstructionists and talking heads on the Trumpkinright a bunch of ready-made talking points to undermine this investigation.

I was pissed when they screwed Andy McCabe. Peter Strzok kind of did this to himself.
 
I would likely be more concerned about Mr. Strzok’s security clearance. Why did I bring that up again? A few weeks ago I picked up an article where James Clapper had his until the president decided to revoke his clearance. Mr. Strzok should have been let go at the fourth dimension when they found those messages. I don’t know if the phone was a government issued or his cell, then I don’t interpret the issue if it was his cell phone. My question for Mr. Strzok is if you had a bias against the nominee, then why didn’t you go to a supervisor or whatever and, request to be reassigned to another assignment.

The FBI is responsible for Trump being president. It was close election. If Comey had not interfered Trump wouldn't be president.

A lot of people at the FBI hated Hillary. They got what they asked for.

So we are blaming the Federal Bureau Of Investigation and who else? You know I don't care about what FBI did or didn't do. The fact of the matter is Hillary Clinton set herself up. By taking advantage of the job title and, putting an unsecured server in Clinton's house or whatever. Here is an excellent question would people still want her to be president if she was the head of national security administration and she messed up?

Strozk is gone by way of the Deputy Director overriding the IG and the Dept Counsel recommending 60 day suspension and downgrade for one simply reason. Agents have it drilled into them. "You don't embarrass the Agency. The IG would have been making a recommendation based on the infraction itself and FBI standards. The Deputy Director would have been concerned the Agency as a whole which an override on the IG recommendation.

Does not mean anything about Strozk and the quality of his work. The Orange Buffoon can make all the noise he wants about another firing. Yes, it is true that in a way Trump got him fired. It was the elevation of the Strozk text messages to national awareness and comment that got Strozk fired, nothing more.

It is a lost asset to the country. He had 22 years of experience in intelligence/counter-intelligence and counter-terrorism. You don't just replace that. Terrorists win and Putin wins here. What else is new.
