I can not for the life of me figure out end game.
The US does a lot of trade with Canada, Mexico our border countries. We also do lots of trade with China & EU, Japan etc.
Probably trillions of dollars.
What do we trade with Russia and North Korea?
We are pissing on all our trading partners for Russia and NOKO.
So in this new world order with countries making deals where we are not involved. Whats the new line up look like?

The US, Russia, North Korea, Turkey, Phillipines, Saudi Arabia and Israel?
Is that the new alliance?
Will Americans suffer under this new alliance?

Trump finally gains the wealth he has fraudulently claimed he has had all these years and the rest of us are digging out of the mess he leaves in his wake. THE END!

Why do you think he won't release his taxes? Is not to hide the money laundering. We already know where that is coming from.

If you really want to see the TrumPutin 'end game' you must look at the TrumPutin past.

What has TrumPutin done in his past? EVERYTHING TrumPutin has ever done in his past has ALWAYS been for the benefit of TrumPutin; not for anyone else.

TrumPutin has always used others until which time TrumPutin has gotten what he wants from them & then they are gone.

TrumPutin is currently using the United States to get what he wants & once TrumPutin is done with US, then we will be of no use to TrumPutin.

Look to TrumPutins past & that will tell you his goals; goals that do not include you, me, or any other American ................ good luck ..........

It's not about us. It's about trump's wallet.

1. The US does trade with Russia...both selling to them and buying from them. Here are a couple links with data:

2. The US is not "pissing on all our trading partners for Russia and NOKO". I don't know where you get that idea...possibly from the multimedia that doesn't tell you what is really going on...or why it's going on. For example, did you know that last year, Trump made an energy trade deal with Poland? That deal cuts directly into profits for Russia's energy industry. Does that sound like pissing on partners for Russia? It doesn't look that way to me.

3. The end game? Trump has been very clear what his end game is: Improve US economy...free, fair, balanced and reciprocal trade...national security. When you get right down to it, EVERYTHING he has done since the day he was inaugurated and signed his first EO has been aimed directly at his end game.

Okay but there has to be some type of plan for the country as a whole...right?
It's not just Trump Republicans in general seem to want a new world order. The alliances and order created after WWII is now changing ...what do republicans and trump want?

How are we getting free, fair and reciprocal trade with trade tariffs being thrown around for national security reasons?

I'm not getting into a fight with you about Trump I could care less about him at this point. Trump is being Trump but the Congress under Republican control is all for this so I'm trying to figure out where this all leaves me and my fellow citizens?
I'm trying to understand how it helps us to be cut out of deals all over the world?
Can Russia and the others countries compete in their buying and selling power to compensate for the loss of all our current trade partners?
Where are we left in this new order?

So...you are mostly concerned with trade and the tariffs, right?

An important fact to keep in mind:

The US has a $20 Trillion/year economy. Everyone...and I mean EVERYONE...in the world wants a piece of that economy. If everyone country in the world stopped trading with the US, NOBODY could buy enough of the products that the world wouldn't be selling to the US.

China is particularly vulnerable since they sell a LOT of stuff to us. If they stopped selling to us, their economy would crumble.

Trump is using this fact as leverage to get that free, fair, balanced and reciprocal trade...hence the tariffs.

I'm not sure what your concern about Congress is. At this point, they really don't have anything to do with things. They will eventually, though. When NAFTA folds...and it will fold...Trump will negotiate separate trade deals with Mexico and Canada. Congress will have a say in that. But right now, they are out of the trade picture.

Not from Trump. He wants his money. The GOP is petrified because nothing is left of their party besides trumplicans and all the current members of congress and senate want are to get reelected. Where have you been.

I'm concerned with more than trade and tariffs. But I'm not understanding where we are trying to go with that.

So your saying right now everyone wants a piece of the US market so there are no worries for us we just need to tighten up the belt buckles and wait for all other countries to come begging us for a deal?
Non action of Congress plays a big part in this. The only way for Trump to impose tariffs is national security reasons. Congress can put a stop to that immediately, they have chosen to go along so they are to blame. If there is no security threat then we all should get to vote on whether we want tariffs imposed or not...shouldnt we?
Again you seem to have a lot of faith in 1 person while I on the other hand want to see groups from different states make these deals. I would prefer consensus than unilateral decisions.
Again I just don't see the end game.
China for instance so what they stop sending us there crap and band together with 10 other countries to send there crap to. The government and the Chinese people would rather starve than allow any country power over them. But they won't have to.

I kinda get the impression that some in the US thinks the US is indispensable to the rest of the world...are we really?

Here is an example of what'll happen because of tariffs...

Trump has threatened to impose a tariff on autos from the EU...for national security reasons, of course.

German automakers are willing to abandon car tariffs between the European Union and the U.S. in exchange for President Donald Trump dropping a 25 percent border tax threat on European auto imports, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Richard Grenell, U.S. ambassador to Germany, was expected to meet with Trump's administration on Wednesday, the paper said.

Citing sources, The Wall Street Journal said German automakers support the EU's 10 percent tax on auto imports from the U.S. and a 2.5 percent duty on auto imports going away if Trump backs off the threat of imposing a 25 percent border tax on auto imports coming from Europe.

Grenell reportedly has met with executives from German automakers including Daimler AG, BMW AG and Volkswagen AG . The three companies have plants in the U.S. and employ thousands of U.S. workers here.

The Europeans also want to ax a 25 percent tax on imports of pickups, crossovers, SUVs and big vans, according to the report.

Daimler confirmed to The Wall Street Journal the meeting with Grenell, but declined to comment any further. Volkswagen did not immediately comment to the paper, while BMW said it supports free trade with "minimal or no barriers."

German automakers willing to drop all tariffs with U.S., report says

The German automakers are the most powerful lobbying group in Germany. Merkel will do what they want or she'll lose her job. So yes...other countries WILL come to the US to make a deal...which is all Trump ever wanted.

Now...about Congress. I have to disagree with you in regard to these trade issues. There is way too much political Party infighting to get any kind of consensus. Add in corporate, union and other lobbying...going that route is a recipe for not getting anything done. I do place more faith in one capable person than a group of people who all have different agendas.

I think you are wrong about China. Starvation is NOT an acceptable condition for any country.

The US is not indispensable, but we do wield a lot of power...economically. Trump is using that power for the benefit of the US.
