I received an infraction/violation of rules warning when I was discussing facts and policy?

Now to start off this thread I'm not American... I'm glad I live in Australia, Americas gun policy is insane that's why there so many school shootings -_-. Too many Americans are way too polarised and irrational/illogical with their politics (far-left/far-right) essentially. But seriously leftists why are you contented/happy living in a bible thumping, gun toting, Ultra-Capitalist, Ultra-Nationalist/Ultra-Patriotic conservative constitutional government?? If you are left winged just move to a place you would be happy maybe Canada? Just logic bro!

I received a rule violation for this exact post essentially from the global moderator serenity... Now does this make logical sense? I'm not trying to incite emotional nor negative responses... I am honestly, genuinely trying to have a facts based and logical discussion based on policy, laws and constitutionality etc within different countries. Logically I am saying this to try and pragmatically resolve these major conflicts between the extremists on both sides... If right wingers just lived in America and left wingers just lived in Canada why is that not a logical thing to happen? As long as the United Nations still works the way it does. Then essentially everything would still be in the sense of geo-politics and modern globalisation democratic and fair... Is this not correct? I'm fundamentally and essentially trying to comprehend what I was trolling/flaming/baiting about?

Moving to Canada is extremely difficult for Americans these days.
