Police say they have stopped a 72-year-old man who was imminently planning to attack his condo complex in Miami Beach because he wanted to burn down his apartment building with "all the ****ing Jews."

Walter Stolper was arrested Friday after an anonymous tip.

Police said when they arrested Stolper, he had already poured "several gasoline-filled containers down a trash chute." He had two containers of gas with him when he was arrested.

I shall expect hate crime and terrorism charges to be filled any day now, we are pretty much incapable of not reaching for THE BIG ASS HAMMER these days.

Police also confirmed on Twitter they found books with Nazi ideology and items with swastikas inside Stolper's residence.

Nazis, actual living breathing Nazis, doing what Nazis love to do, create ovens to burn Jews in.
The fact that the "oven" in this case just happened to be an apartment building is irrelevant as that much accelerant would have transformed it into an oven for all practical purposes.

now, if this is about bigots who were previously covert who are now being overt about their bigotry, recognizing that the alt-white community is in political power and winks at their bias, i would agree
however, to pretend that any license has been issued to authorize crimes against persons is a line drawn too far
