Calif. prosecutor suspened after vile and aggressive attack on Maxime Waters

Michael Selyem has made comments that got him suspended from his job, lead gang prosecutor for the country districts office.

He attacked Maxime Waters, former first lade Michelle Obama and Mexicans.

On his facebook page he posted this about Maxime Waters:

"Being a loud mouthed **** from the ghetto you would think someone would have shot the bitch by now......"

He also posted a photoshopped//created image of former First Lady Michelle Obama in which she held up a sign which stated that President Trump had grabbed her penis.

When someone complained about a police shooting the prosecutor said: "Go **** yourself, you liberal **** bag".

Then he went on a racist attack, first he stated that he had no problem with white MALES (large letters my choice) coming to California to start businesses but he had another word for Mexicans: Hide

Where has Maxine waters said that Trump or any other GOP should have been shot by now like this idiot did with her?
 
I live in the general geographical area where Mr. Selyem works.

IMHO:

1. He was wrong to have posted those comments.

2. I have no doubt that he will soon "retire" because of "health reasons."

3. I assume that he lost his cool because he could no longer tolerate the many activists who portray gang bangers as sweet young gentlemen who are being mistreated by the police. He knows firsthand about the horrific crimes that are committed by them in his jurisdiction.

4. The moral of this news story: If you want to reach retirement under normal circumstances, keep your mouth shut.

As we have learned from the Strzok hearing, this isnt bias and it certainly didnt effect his job as a prosecutor. So shame on you Peter King for attacking all prosecutors for your own personal political gain.
 
That man is absolutely deranged. It's scary to find out that people like this serve in positions of power.

Nonsense, this is nothing like the Strzok hearing, he disliked Trump, did not wish him to get shot, did not utter racist attacks on Melania Trump or Mexicans, did not attack conservatives with expletives and behave like an utter asswipe. And as a lead prosecutor to fight gangs, being racist in public is not a smart thing. Also, Strzok made private messages from what I understand between him an an FBI lawyer. So nothing of what you wrote is anything near accurate.

Also, criticizing one idiot prosecutor is not attacking anyone or has anything to do with political gain. It is insane that a prosecutor publicly asks why a member of congress is not shot yet.

his casework will have to be reviewed to see whether his hatred for Mexicans could cause problems for past or future cases. Mexican suspects/convicts could seek reversals or worse demand the charges against them to be dropped due to this buffoons comments.

This is true. I despise Maxine Waters, but this kind of prosecutorial misconduct deserves a dismissal, not a mere suspension.
