House conservatives starting attempt to impeach Rosenstein.

One of the leaders of the House conservatives leading the attempt to impeach Rosenstein is Jordan, who is under investigation himself. They are going to introduce articles if impeachment on Monday. Doesn't surprise me as they can get rid of Rosenstein and stop the Russian investigation and keep Trump out of it. Every effort is being made by the GOP to safeguard Trump, and ending the Russian investigation before it reaches the President is the way to do so. And of course all of the Trump cultists in the nation and those on this board will say 'GREAT". We saved the master.

How does the investigation stop?
The same was said when Comey was fired.

Apparently, Rosentstein lied to them and now they have proof.

Impeaching Rosenstein wouldn't stop the Russia investigation.

It may not stop it, but it would definitely start something else.

They don't have the votes. I would love to see the Freedom Caucus nitwits go to the mattresses on this one and watch them embarrassed AGAIN. Those two coconuts, Meadows and Jordan can go down in flames for all I care.

If Trump isn’t indicted on obstruction of justice charges, I am sure eventually these GOP congressmen eventually will. Their behavior has been absolutely atrocious, from Nunes to Jordan. It’s hard to believe this kind of behavior is legal.

Unless his replacement is a stooge for trump and fires Mueller and then calls the investigation a wrap. To do so would result in a backlash that might very well tear the Nation apart.

The GOP has an interesting few days ahead of it now that a congressman has been indicated in the indictments. You have to figure that Mueller already knows the name of said congressman and is simply sweating him until he lowers the boom on him. Plus, the Mueller team will watch the rats scurrying around him or her to see what they do.

Notice how quickly the Mueller Submarine surfaces, fires and submerges again. Its a thing of beauty compared to the Yellow Rat, Lying Dog WH and sniveling GOP Majority Congress leaking themselves silly and all in a panting fit. For any of us that lived through Watergate, the only dif is that most of that Congress saw the handwriting on the wall FINALLY. Then again, none of them in that Congress was trying to avoid prosecution over the matter.

But OH no....its the DEEEEEEEP STAAAAAAAATE!!!! Those folks are deeply disturbed.

Is it too early to start chanting “Lock them up! Lock them up!”?

Senate Republicans have said the same, if he crosses a line, it becomes a constitutional crisis. There is a reason they have not delved into the obstructionist demonization of DOJ like the house morons.

The chances of Trump going full obstruction gets higher the closer we get to the end of the investigation.

I would hope if he's taking a heavy hand to end the successful criminal investigation into his own campaign, people get out of their rocking chairs and off their computers, and actively protest it, call senators, email, donate to efforts to correct the ship, etc. Right now it's just "as bad as politics has ever been", we're just waiting patiently for the DOJ to complete it's investigation, knowing that it will be done proper and completely. Until then, we weather the insanity of the House/White House. But if the White House obstructs in that gross of a way that investigation, that's the last wall, and something's gonna give. POTUS isn't above the law.
