It is what it is that you think the photo looks old. I'm just surprised you (anyone, really) would broach incredulity based on such a notion, for the protesting has been on the news for two days now.

there were more protesters today in London protesting the 'Orange Abomination' than @ Trump's inauguration which says volumes .......

Did you read the content to which the OP-er linked? The photo there didn't look grainy to me. Smoggy? Yes. Overexposed? Yes. Grainy? No.
