Charlottesville White Supremacists Found Guilty of Conspiracy

I'm more ashamed that the topic is not being talked about in the proper context now but I am not so sure I would have gotten any different responses. "Don't speculate, nothing happened yet." blah. blah. blah.

Dude, you flat out lied and don't have the integrity to admit it, even though EVERYONE has called you on it.

.

You and the judge see things very, very differently then. I think the case is clear, you obviously don't. Even though you offered no evidence to support your claims that you don't see the conspiracy here, where I think it's very, very obvious. As I said before, if there wasn't enough evidence for them to go to trial, they wouldn't be going to trial.

For people who are supposedly armchair attorneys, you all seem to lack the wisdom to understand that trials are usually the LAST thing defendants want to happen. If the racist neo-nazis aren't guilty, then they will lose a lot of $$$ in the process and that's a good thing either way. Maybe I should have worded the title better, and as Mod you have a power to change that, but I don't think the judge would be siding with you on the logic of the case.
It's truly rare when you get to witness the exact moment when someone's credibility goes to zero.

I look forward to all the posts from right wingers whining about the incivility and violence of the right.

And I'll wait for the leftist to do the same... not holding my breath.

The judge pretty much agreed that there is a case. The trial I think is just going through the motions. Why do you have to take out all the details and just come up with the poorest excuse of why you don't think this is a big deal??? I find it fascinating that your response has more to do with the way I worded my thread rather than the acts of evil committed by these douchebags.

So you worded it that way on purpose, even though no one had been found guilty?

This is more damning for you by the minute.

The judge pretty much agreed with them. Did you even read the post??? How about the clearly bolded part????

The first paragraph

"In a significant ruling Monday, a U.S. district judge decided that a massive lawsuit against some of America’s most prominent white supremacists can proceed."

The lawsuit can proceed is very different than being found guilty. Unlike yourself, the judge is agreeing it is plausible and has agreed it needs to go forward. The judge didn't convict them already.

I actually agree with the lawsuit, but your title is false, and yes....words matter.

It's truly rare when you get to witness the exact moment when someone's credibility goes to zero.

Yep. I kept thinking he was going to come back and apologize, but he chose to keep shooting himself in the foot.

The judge pretty much agreed that there is a case. .

Who was the judge? It's easy to get a left wing activist judge to agree to anything that advances the Dem agenda, law or facts be damned. ( See Trump travel ban)

I would say that some (perhaps a majority) of our posters on DP were complicit in and/or defended that conspiracy.

There will be a Trial for this in July 2019:

Successfully argued that the alt-right members purposely went out to seek to harm people because of their race. It was NOT instigated as many people alleged here due to antifa.

They weren't just speeches or a cool social media thing. The leaders of the alt-right movement are just as involved as the marchers, and conspired to plan this event to incite hate speech and racist violence

ThinkProgress | Charlottesville white supremacists will face trial, judge rules

I’m sorry, how is anyone here “complicit” in that conspiracy?
