How is it bias? It's not. The story features exact quotes from Trump's speech and rationally and fairly characterizes each. The story is incomplete in that it ignores the parts about Tester and can be faulted on that basis, if you choose, but not for bias in covering the parts of the speech it did cover. Similarly, the NPR story is solely about the Tester connection and ignores the rest.

Intentional meaning with purpose. She did not mishandle classified material purposefully. So it's not a crime.
