Alan Dershowitz. professor of law emeritus at Harvard U., vacations on Martha's Vineyard. His defense of Trump has gotten him blackballed by the social (& liberal) elite on the island. 'Poor thing,' said Scarborough.

Poor Alan, is there a more liberal bastion than Martha’s Vineyard? Then publically moan and groan.........

I really don't know what's going-on with Alan Dershowitz. I used to have huge respect for him, and watched his legal show all the time. He was the paradigm of logical & sensible. Now, he's off the rails. The same happened with Rudy Giuliani.

It seems anyone that gets involved with MAGA loses all credibility, and subsequently becomes a flaming nationalistic, authoritarian, self-centered, compassionless idiot.

I suspect this is caused by living in a self-reinforcing MAGA echo chamber, devoid of any push-back from within, convinced everyone and everything not in your group is "fake". It's got to be a shallow mind-numbing existence, and as we see it leads to aberrant thought and behaviour.

It's no surprise to most of us, that Dershowitz' non-MAGA neighbors push-back on him. It is surprising that he doesn't understand it, because he used to be a smart guy. It's going to be quite a jarring ride for these guys, when MAGA comes to an end and they see where the real mood of the country lies!
