I cherry picked an entire section of the constitution which was ratified in 1789. Your opinion on it doesn't matter worth a ****. The dummycrats opinions on it don't matter. It seems that the only clear headed person with power in America IS President Trump. You cannot name a single policy that he initiated that is unconstitutional.
