Time to dissolve the Supreme Cult

It's just an unelected policy-making apparatus for right-wingers. It takes away women's rights, ends common-sense gun laws, restricts our privacy, allows mega corporations to buy our elections, harms vital diversity programs that are needed in our universities, allowed religious bigotry as criteria for travel bans, does damage to American workers, dismantles the wall between separation of church and state, and threatens meaningful health care reform.

Right now progress is basically being blocked by a group of 5 right-wing nuts who think a document written by an undiverse group of white men in the 1700s is more important than modern knowledge base.

The next Democratic president should take a vow to ignore whatever the Supreme Cult says. If Donald Trump can give the middle finger to the rule of law for the benefit of the rich and his Russian buddies, so to should a Democrat be able to for the benefit of the people.

Yeah, let's just ignore the constitution, dissolve the Court, and have different applications of federal law in each Circuit and in each state. Really clever idea there. Let's have one circuit order the president to do one thing and another circuit say not to do that thing. Man, you just couldn't be more correct that the breakdown of the rule of law would be ****ing awesome.

Are you happy now Hillary? Happy yet? Bet you won't even admit your complicity in this mess EVER. Newt Gingrich has probably done more damage to the country than any other single man in the modern era. However the Clinton's et al' have without question been the most damaging couple of the modern era.

Ultimately if there is an upside, it might be that the ever slumbering Legislature will be forced to return to its role once there is actually a Legislature again.

Why is it so many cases are 5-4, Harshaw? It's because the deciding factor of how judges rule is their ideology, now some objective look at what he constitution says. Trying to pretend like the SCOTUS is anything other than a right-wing partisan organization is unconscionable.
