Trump and his dimly educated base probably couldn't care less that The United States which used to have the world's admiration and respect is being viewed now with contempt, excluding by dictators I mean. If you cared to remind a Trumpite of Jefferson's dictum regarding "a decent respect to the opinions of mankind" you might get something like a gaped mouth, "Saaaay what?"

The US seems to always wants other countries to help when they decide to go on an ''adventure'' in the Middle East.

Canada put blood and treasure at the US' behest in Afghanistan, the UK put blood and treasure at the US' behest in Afghanistan and Iraq and what did Canada or the UK get out of that? Looks like nothing, Trump will treat them like dirt if they do not act like his mindless minions.

No, no, corporate America, the people who virtually ran central and south America for a century, needs the land and resources.

Plus central American slave labor has been productive over that time.

The US needs first, a very cooperative govt., usually narco thugs. If needed, the US govt, will even help fly their drugs in.

The US has taken out many govts. some democratic, south of the border just for that purpose. So as long as they remain as we want them,
real war isn't required.
