Reaction to a fake photo, to a possibly fake chat room thread.

The problem being is that the picture is already fake within its context and the unfortunate issue is that we don't even have a link to this supposed pro-trump page. Not to mention that the text in the pic is from an app on a smart phone.

Without any proof that this was from a real page or that these two images were actually imposed on the same screen. None of us that have the capacity to remain skeptical, can even begin to take this seriously.

The chat room is most likely fake and the images context is sure as hell being misrepresented.

Seeing as he wasn't presented with any proof that said child was taken from their mother. His cynicism about all of this is not new from such a perspective.

Edited that just a bit for ya there Oborosen. It obviously has fooled people. Just look at some of the responses in this thread.

Truly, I thought the incarceration of kids was the topic because the image of the child behind bars, given the context of current events, was adequately deplorable in my mind and the title struck me as sarcastic because I dare not presume the OP-er wrote it in complete seriousness.

If it had been just about the picture then that could have been accomplished quite easily without including the text next to the picture. You have to take the whole thing in context. Not just half of it.

The scenario that Mexico made up the story is possible, but then I ask you, would the border guards have made an exception for a child with a disability? I don't see anything in the Trump Admin's policy that would have.

Honestly, I don't know.

I have heard of provisions for certain problems with children that have disabilities that immediately verifiable. Though I believe that is more of a group action and not a policy, seeing as I haven't seen, nor heard of such a stance yet.

Now I just think that its more of a display, with how horrible a parent can be to drag their child into this. With a disability on top of everything else.

How is that? We don't know the backgrounds of these families or their children. Some are coming from the most violent places in the world. Some have been threatened by gangs/cartels. Some have been unable to pay up to the gangs/cartels. They have had their own children threatened. Some have come here, only to be sent back after a hearing, and then killed by gangs weeks later. So, if a mother was in such a situation the right thing for her to do is bring her child to the border and hope for asylum.

Yep and we also have thousands upon thousands of false asylum claims. Do you thing that helps the issue any.
We also have a neighbor, who instead of dealing with said cartels and gangs. Just encourages its people to flee up to us and its most prominent candidate for president, plans to double down on that fact. As if he were a socially inept gambling addict.

First and foremost we are a nation of borders and laws. We let them know that we will enforce these laws and that if you are caught breaking the laws that have be set, then you are going to be dealt with to that letter. So coming across that border, whether to apply for asylum, or not. Means you are willingly breaking the law and accepting what comes of it.

I would rather they stay and get help from their government, but that would mean their government would actually have to care about them.

Lets not forget that a number of these people crossing the boarder are criminals themselves. Guilty of not only petty, but far worse crimes than that. Some of them have been known to kidnap children and take them across the boarder as well. Which even plays into the amount of sexual assaults that happen to female immigrants who attempt to make this trip.

If the democrats really cared, they would urge people not to make the trip and instead, seek help from their own government. We could even reach an agreement to send help, in order to stamp out the criminal elements.
I believe that this would work out better instead of having people die, or be violated on such a horrible trip here.

First off, to older people that are out of touch with younger generations, this might be a little shocking to you but we call these people "edgelords" and this is how they interact with each other online.They talk a bunch of **** and say mean things for the lolz.
