The House and Senate decide for themselves which elected freshmen are seated. Both chambers possess an expulsion vote.

Overruling the people on who represents them being a bad idea 100% of the time....Congress has no choice but to seat anyone and everyone who is legally elected.

Everybody has lines that shouldn't be crossed. He crossed one of mine, and considering his beliefs, he has probably already committed some heinous crimes. I know, I convicted him without a trial and with only his own words as evidence. But these are just words on a forum, not actions in the real world.
 
I bet that Trump could morph in to a guy like this and his supporters would still support him.
