Why is homophobe joy reid still on?

Let's give a simple example for those that need simple. When racism became a big issue, if you apologised and promised to clean up your act, all was forgiven. Her first time back was one long apology. It was an entire panel of LBGTSRP(xyzqsrt and SRO (standing room only)) types. One of them was a close friend, who explained in detail what she was like, and how she had changed, over the years.

Now, let's talk about the deplorables. Sessions never rejected his racist past, and never had to pay the consequences for it. The result is a fan of Jim Crow in the AG office.

Its ok to be a homophobe if you're black. When prop 8 (gay marriage ban) passed in CA in 2008 because blacks turned out for Obama and are famously Christian and anti-gay not a word was uttered by the left. Typically, they rejected reality and blamed ........ mormons.

...her comments about gays, she very well should be fired for those comments -- even if she has evolved -- but since she doesn't have a long history of advocating for anti-gay policies -- her apology was taken at face value.


Meanwhile, the GOP is still the only party openly pushing policies specifically designed to discriminate against gays -- and they still have their jobs....

Yes, plenty of words were said about it and the Mormons were the main group behind the proposition.

Its not really a phobia. Its an attempt by the left to conscript language for their own purpose. Of course, its nonsensical BS as usual. I don't like mustard but I don't have a phobia about it.

What observations have led you to conclude thus?​

Who's given a "nihil obstat" to blacks or the black community with regard to their/its harboring homophobia?

Black's cultural homophobia's has been recognized, reported upon and ridiculed in both popular culture and scholarly analysis. The fact that apparently none of that has neither risen to your attention nor fallen in your lap does not legitimate your notion that "it's okay to be a homophobe if you're black." Your making such an assertion does, however, add credence to one's construing that you're willing to express your unqualified abducted conclusions without regard to their accuracy.

Which is part of why the two are perceived so differently by the communities that were insulted.

You don't need to dig back in time to gin up a controversy. It was right there on page one.

The painfully obvious thing is that if you apologies and promise to not do it again, all is forgiven. Roseanne did it again.

Except no one cares, aside from Leftist Poverty Pimps trying to take political advantage. Most real American see how fake this outrage is.

Roseanne says she did not know VJ was black and I believe her. I have done a lot of reading and research on VJ over the years and I did not know.

ABC/Disney are committing corporate suicide. Within a week they have destroyed the Star Wars Franchise and dropped their first TV success in years, all in the name of Leftist social justice BS.

It's coming out that Michelle Obama called Disney execs and had The Roseanne show dropped. Netflix is already hemorrhaging subscriptions because of the Obama gig, hopefully we will see some poetic justice.
