Beating a pregnant woman to death with a baseball bat? Stabbing someone 100 times and then beheading them? Murdering a snitch with a chainsaw? Skin people alive? Burn fingers off with gas torches? Just an ordinary work day for members of MS-13, the horrifically violent gang of Latinos centered mainly around the drug traffic. You name it they've done it. Their motto is "mata, viola, controla," which means "kill, rape, control. They are also into child prostitution. And they are a growing problem in the US. No, I'm not kidding.
And members of the Democratic party and the news media have put themselves in the position of defending MS-13 just because Trump called them "animals".
"Animals" is probably not a strong enough word for MS-13, in addition to being an insult to animals.
Continuing the time honored journalistic tradition of lying through their teeth every chance they get, the New York Times and others attempted to imply that Trump was referring to all immigrants when he used the term. Trump and his press secretary, Sarah Saunders, called them out on that, saying they "knew good and well" that Trump referred to MS-13.
Some decried the "dehumanization" of MS-13. But, as I recall, it was OK to call people who carried Tiki torches in Charleston "subhuman".
Trump vowed to continue to describe MS-13 members as animals despite Democrat pearl clutching.
There is no reason to reject something that is objectively true just because Trump is the one saying it.
In truth, the news media freaks out dishonestly about Trump so much that it's impossible to believe what they say.
