Send in the Gurkhas!! During the late British colonial period, there was an upraising in one of the colonies. They sent in the Ghurkas and just by showing up, the rebellion stopped. When you have the reputation of being the baddest person the block and have shown a willingness to use that power responsibly, you can stop violence by your mere presence.
