Shooting in Waffle House, Gunman Still At Large

There has been a shooting in a Waffle House in Nashville where four people have been killed. The gunman fled the scene and is still at large. He was using a rifle on an AR platform and supposedly he was disarmed by a patron while reloading. Now I don't know if he was in fact reloading or if his weapon had malfunctioned but most likely the ladder. People keep screaming about putting a ban on "high capacity" magazines but the fact of the matter is banning magazines that hold over an x amount of rounds won't do any good since it takes a split second to reload. All you do is drop out the empty magazine and pop in a full one. Easily doable in under a second.

Instead of criminals killing criminals or targeting individuals for criminal reasons, we now have people who decide that a whole bunch of strangers have to die so that they can have their revenge on reality.

And we've definitely got a big problem in that we let them run loose.

And yet gun violence is going down.
 
The secret service took this guys guns a month or so ago and gave them back. He tried to get into the Whitehouse. WTF does someone have to do to be considered nuts enough to take and keep their guns?

They gave the guns back to his dad with the promise from the dad that he would not give them back. The dad admitted to giving them back.
