The fact that Scott Pruitt still has a job tells you that the "drain the swamp" chant was simply more "Mexico will pay for it" campaign bull****. In a continuation of taxpayer abuses of funds, Pruitt now needs "bulletproof" seat cushions? Give me a ****ing break........:(
The ONLY reason that Pruitt still has his job is because he is relaxing and rolling back environmental regulations that are financially beneficial to uber wealthy tRump buddies and "high dollar" Republican donors. If tRrump was anything but a lying "con-man", he would have done a "You're fired" routine on Pruitt when the FIRST crop of his abuses became public. Simply put, as long as Pruitt does tRump's bidding, tRump could care less how much taxpayer money Pruitt abuses.

This my friends, is the "REAL Donald John Trump".

Who's administration?

Actually there might be a silver lining to Scott Pruitt and Trump as it relates to the EPA. The agency has become a mess with actual career employees interested in doing the EPA's work completely overwhelmed by the lobbyists just as almost everything else DC is controlled by the lobbyists. The problem with a Trump/Pruitt EPA is that they are the lobbyists friends. Once Trump is out of office, the entire agency will have to be rebuilt.

Some communities will be completely gone by then. Their residents will be overwhelmed by birth defects, high rates of cancer, pulmonary problems and on and on. You can just about write off whole sections of West Virginia as what is left of some of these communities will just not make it past this current round of revitalized coal industry. Just write off whole sections of that state. Kentucky will suffer the same fate. Some parts of Michigan the same. If you have been lucky enough to have lived for the most in states where heavy polluting industries have not been prevalent you will just have to deal with higher rates of cancer, birth defects and pulmonary issues that likely won't seem that much worse to you. But for some parts of the country, years of neglect and corruption had already put them on the edge of going under.

There is no real political bias of any consequence here. Generally Dems have been more conscious of environment issues. But the truth of it is that dems have just been less destructive than Republicans. Its not like Dems are all the way to one side of the spectrum and Republicans all the way to the other side. Both are on the wrong side with Republicans just farther wrong for the most part. We are going to end up just writing off chunks of the country and nobody is really going to care except for the people actually in those parts of the country. We will write them off as well. Coal industry employees will sing the praises of the coal industry right into their graves. Their fathers and mothers were already doomed. But we could have saved their children. Now they are already doomed as well.

If we do not turn around the Educational climate in this country and the environmental climate the expanses of land and people we write off will just grow and grow. Go visit your state capital every once and awhile and watch these vultures just sitting around all day long, on duty, on call making sure lawmakers toe the line. God forbid anybody should actually care what happens to the people these politicians are supposed to servicing.
