70 billion a year we are spending on Illegals in usa... wall is only 25 billion one time cost

What about the lighter-skinned visa overstayers?
 
What, pray, are the 75 billions we are spending on illegals, and does it outnumber the subsidies we get from their cheap labor?

Almost half of undocumented are visa overstays. That number likely to increase with a wall. The cost/benefit ratio with a wall, it's just not there. It's a bad idea.

No, the crime stats are actually lower among the undocumented.

If you get your stats from Tucker Carlson or Hannity, prepare to be factchecked.

Don't know how accurate your lean is but the left, in general, doesn't care about the money, they care about getting more illegals in to get more representation in Congress and get more voters to vote D.

Like what? The Democrats don't want a secure border. They even make sanctuary cities and now even sanctuary states. The more of these illegals who come over the more representation they get in Congress, the more will eventually be put on some form of DACA program, and the more votes tallied for the Democratic party to yet continue the same cycle exponentially. That's the problem in a nutshell. As long as there are Democrats there is no effective way to secure the border.

Stats I have seen suggest that immigrants, legal or not, have lower crime rates. But US residents have always grumbled about immigration: Irish, Jews, Italians... sane somg, different beat. And Canada, Mexico... nice places. Visit sometime. Also check your other stats, despite a recent spike, crossings and apprehensions have been down... Mexico’s economy is doing better, tho those fleeing Honduras and El Salvador are running for their lives from drug gang recruitment and their national armies.

If we don't have a democratic process that we can trust, there is no point in building a wall, our country is already lost.
