Federal Judge Rules President Trump Plausibly Incited Violence at Rally as Candidate

You have provided no evidence that Barack Obama or anyone else incited civil unrest and violence against police.
You have provided no evidence that Barack Obama or anyone else cherry picked police shootings in order to incite civil unrest or violence against police.
You have provided no evidence that Barack Obama or anyone else told anyone to go out take violent action against police.

Donald Trump, on video, directed people at that rally to physically confront protesters and throw them out of the rally.

There is no intelligent comparison here. I personally find what Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton did to vilify police was repugnant and opportunistic. Obama denounced violence against police, he encouraged people to NOT burn down their towns in protest, but to march peacefully.

Obama could have done much more to educate black communities about just how rare it is for an unarmed black person who is not engaged in crime to be gunned down by police, simply because of the color of their skin. Instead, he directed AG's Holder and Lynch to launch investigations into several police departments, looking for signs of 'racism'. He spoke out in defense of Trayvon Martin, before anyone really knew what happened in his encounter with George Zimmerman. But most telling of all, was Obama's complete silence about the numerous videotaped hate crimes that were perpetrated by blacks against white people after some of these cases. It's pretty obvious that these violent assaults were the result of blacks being agitated over what they saw on TV, yet Obama never asked the media to tone it down.

So do I, and Hillary was probably worse than Obama was when it came to blaming police officers. She didn't have the power to effect change in the black communities however, which is why I think BO deserves more of the blame.

and were there not instances where institutionalized racism was found to be evident?
which, if true (it is), then Obama and the AG took the prudent course regards public policy
only bigots against blacks could state otherwise

Really? Did any of those investigations result in less black people becoming victims of homicide every year? Nope. Roughly 7,000-8,000 blacks are murdered every year by citizens. Did Obama do anything to combat this in his 8 years in office? Again, nope.

Yeah right.

Not to the degree that NBC, ABC, CBS, WAPO, NYT, CNN & MSNBC does, no.

You're just bias. I am sure you sit and watch Fox News, and simmer in anger that Obama is black racist with deep seated hatred of white people who also inflamed racial tension while not even recognizing that Fox News is leading you in that thinking.

I don't think Obama is a black racist- he lives in a very upper class white neighborhood, in the same neighborhood where Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's home is.
But I do believe Obama is an opportunistic politician who fanned racial flames to suit his agenda.

Yeah right.

... The City of Ferguson, through the Ferguson Police Department (“FPD”), the Ferguson
Municipal Court, and the office of the City Prosecuting Attorney, engages in an ongoing pattern
or practice of conduct, including discrimination, that deprives persons of rights, privileges and
immunities secured and protected by the United States Constitution and federal law. Ferguson
law enforcement officials conduct stops, searches, and arrests without legal justification, in
violation of the Fourth Amendment; use excessive force, in violation of the Fourth Amendment;
interfere with the right to free expression, in violation of the First Amendment; prosecute and
resolve municipal charges in a manner that violates due process and equal protection guarantees
of the Fourteenth Amendment; and discriminate against African Americans in violation of the
Fourteenth Amendment and federal statutory law.
Defendant’s routine violation of constitutional and statutory rights, based in part on
prioritizing the misuse of law enforcement authority as a means to generate municipal revenue
over legitimate law enforcement purposes, is ongoing and pervasive. Further, it is unlikely that
the City will remedy these patterns and practices of unlawful conduct absent judicial mandate
and oversight. The United States brings this action to remedy Defendant’s unlawful conduct and
secure the declaratory and injunctive relief needed to ensure compliance with the Constitution
and federal law. ...

... Employees of the Civil Rights Division wonder what will become of the Baltimore investigation or the many other police department probes opened during the Obama administration (including in Chicago, the largest city police force they’ve ever looked at). They don’t know with any certainty whether individual law enforcement officers will continue to face federal prosecution for excessive force.

... Under Bush, Obama’s transition team wrote in their 2008 transition report, the division did not use “its authority to address systemic problems of police misconduct.” Under Obama, the Civil Rights Division has opened up 25 so-called pattern-or-practice investigations of police departments across the country, and the Justice Department is rushing to complete the investigation into the Chicago Police Department, the largest pattern-or-practice investigation of a city police force that DOJ has conducted.

The Obama administration shifted resources back to policing cases, investigating departments and helping implement reform in New Orleans, Albuquerque, Cleveland, Seattle and other cities. ...

I remember reading this forms when the Black Lives Matter protests were happening. Conservatives living far away from the protests were freaking out. Fox News did a lot of coverage on it, and I think it was really funny, because what was happening in those cities didn't make me emotional, angry, or think badly about black people. I did not come on here posting about how black people should know better than destroying their own community. I wasn't heated over it. I didn't think it affected me. I don't watch cable news.

To me, it's very obvious that Fox News engages in their own form of race baiting coverage.
