Very very fair indeed, when you can keep all your stuff there permanently, it's never rented to anyone else, your daughter can stay free in the second bedroom, and you only pay $50 for the nights you actually sleep there. There's a ton of bargains like that on 5th Avenue NYC also.:roll:
