If Trump had been Russia from the start, would we have the present problem?

Trump said he was not going to be tough on the Putin and the Russians at the beginning of his time in office so we could develop a better relationship with them. He has said little every time the Russians have stepped out of line in the past year and a half. I didn't agree with his decision to do so as it felt like we were being weak, but he is the President. Now Putin has put the whole world in a position that they are having to take tougher and tougher stands against him and his country for his actions which seem to get wilder and wilder. Tensions are very high with the latest trading of ousting diplomats from all countries involved. I guess me question is do you believe that if Trump has taken stronger stands at the beginning of his presidency toward Russia, would we be in the situation we are in today?

the Russians could launch a nuke, lob that bitch right in the heart of DC, and Trump would say, "well, it was a small one; it could have been much bigger" .........

From the time Trump took office until now the only thing Russia probably has done, in which it was not doing before is the nerve gas attack on the former spy in the UK

So what is the situation that would have changed, had Trump been harder on Russia?

I'm not sure the Russians killed him. He was a product of a prisoner exchange in 2010, had no currently relevant information, wasn't in hiding, and if he had any info the Russians would not have exchanged him. The motive in a murder is number one. No motive. Novichok is no secret to any Western chem labs. No evidence has been presented for analysis. No suspects named. The smell of fish is odious. False flags are a trademark of Western Intelligence Agencies '
I believe if Trump hadn't been trapped by the "Russian collusion" false flag, he could have normalized relations with Russia, but then the whole MIC might go bankrupt and take their banks, lobbyists, and Deep State with them.
