Will Trump get us into a war to take the heat off of the Russian investigation?

A year before the war in Iraq Dick Cheney said Bush need a war to insure a second term and then there we were in Iraq. Now we have Trump taking a lot of heat from just about every side possible and trump hires Bolton. Now Bolton is known for never a war he doesn't like. Bolton has suggested preemptive strikes against both Iran and North Korea, and he is not kidding. He has suggested again and again to end the Iran Nuclear deal and reinstating the sanctions. Of course none of the other countries to that deal will side with the USA and it would make our sanctions useless. Thus the only other option is the one Bolton favors and that is war, and Trump agrees with Bolton. that is espeically true if it would take the heat off of Trump due to the Russian investigation. It would also give the GOP an out for stopping the investigation and firing Mueller, So, will turmp take us into a war with either Iran or North Korea to take the heat off of him due to the Russian investigation?
 
Doubtful...

The Russian investigation is merely a ruse to excuse the incompetence of the Democrat candidate in the last election. No war needed as no real collusion found nor will it be.
 
Would it matter?

We have been at war for nearly two decades.

I hope not. However, choosing Bolton as a security adviser is not a good sign.

Mueller will have to get just a little closer. Of course the selective service will need to be brought out of mothballs..........

What a question. It would depend a little bit, to put it mildly, on the war, don’t you think? Bolton has called for bombimg North Korea, for example. Imagine how that might play out.

Depends, Is Team China/Russia/Iran with us, because with the right leader in America maybe this can be arranged.
 
In a global market trying to go back isolationism is recipe for disaster. Nothing like an economic collapse to bring a country to it's knees...no nukes necessary. It happened to the USSR...and the world is hoping it will happen to us...especially Russia and China. They're playing Trump like a fiddle. For them, he can't build that isolationist wall fast enough.

Trump thinks he's smarter than them...but he's just baby in their arms and easily pacified with a few prostitutes and hotel room at the Ritz Carleton.


And there's John Bolton, who seems to have a hard on for bombing Iran and N. Korea. Lets hope that Trump ignores his memos like he did the last NSA director.

I guess yuj only watch Fox News. Otherwise you would know how close Mueller is getting to at least obstruction of justice if not collusion.

And what if China remains neutral and Russia sides with North Korea? That is the more likely situation and it would be disaster for us and for South Korea. Russia will do anything to hurt us and they have already been accused of shipping stuff to North Korea.
