Lawyers for Trump are seeking 20 million in a counter suit for violation of the NDA. Her lawyers tried to give back the 130,000$ of "hush money" to be released from the NDA but Trump's lawyers (smartly) ignored it. That tells me her lawyers advised her the NDA is valid and they thought Trump's lawyers were stupid enough to invalidate it by accepting the $ back.

She is a greedy and filthy gold digger, you know she likely spent it within weeks, so I wonder what lawyer ponied it back up, hoping to get lots more when she (hopes to be) free to sell her story.

Trump's lawyers are seeking one million for each NDA violation. If you are looking forward to that 60 minutes thing, don't get to excited just yet.

She is foolish and may well let her greed and the greed of those manipulating her, cause her to be destitute. Serves her right if you ask me.

In a letter to Cohen on Monday, Daniels offered to return the $130,000 to an account designated by Trump so she could be released from the agreement, which she signed in October 2016. Cohen ignored the offer.
 
She has absolutely nothing to worry about. Trump on the other hand, is getting in worse shape by the day. One judge has already ruled against him....:)
 
Does it look good for a billionaire to hammer her for 20m because she wouldn't keep quiet? Doesn't make a difference to him, ruins her. If she broke the NDA and that is the prescribed repercussion, too bad for her and I hope she enjoyed her 15 minutes. If she doesn't have 20m, I suppose wages garnished?

Whatever she ends up paying, presuming she does pay, divided by 15 is mil per minute.

Yeahbut, doesn't it bother you at all that your President paid hush money to a porn star? Who does that, pays off women to shut up? I'll tell you who, your President. Not some lowlife slimeball sneaking around behind his wife's back, the President of the United States.

60 mins is still airing the interview on sunday. My guess is that Cohen didn't respond because he knows the NDA is dubious. If there was anything they could do to stop this you bet Trump would be out there tweeting fake news. He isn't.

Yep, nice try Trump - if the case goes to court that'll allow Stormy's lawyers "discovery", meaning things about Trump he wouldn't want coming out would be public record.

We read the book of Bill Clinton defenders on the left. Turns out we are saints compared to those people. But keep trying to shame someone into caring about a consensual relationship from a thrice married man. Still won't change anyone's mind, and it won't make that broken down old loser Hillary president. So get over it already and stop the temper tantrum. It used to be funny. now it's just sad.

I don't really care what he did 12 years ago or at anytime before he was elected, in terms of legal behavior. They are trying everything they can to bring him down, when poor Stormy is left high and dry, they will toss her like used TP and run on to the next thing.

The fact they even tried this, tips the desperation of their hand. Paper tigers scare no one.

You really think she would attempt to return 130,000 if she "has nothing to worry about" ? That opinion is very daft indeed and naïve.

I wonder if Cohen realizes just how stupid he looks to the general public? If he paid the $130k out of his own pocket, it will be because Trumps somehow ripped him off" like he has done so many others.

Her handlers don't care about what happens to her. She should of thought a little before seeing $ signs. Greed is a terrible thing that often bites the greedy.

Also of note, how is a lawyer, trump's personal lawyer, so broke that he has to pay it by taking out a home equity loan??? No lawyer on the planet would do that, especially if they were broke.

The offer was a VERY smart move on her lawyers part. If accepted (which he knew that it likely wouldn't be) it frees her up to talk immediately, and it directly refutes Trump's denail that he is involved.

I hope Trump sues. I want to watch him hang himself in a deposition like he did the last time.........:)

So you actually think the gesture of returning 130,000 was based on what, a sense of altruism? No way, that was an obvious attempt to get her out of the NDA to make millions selling her story. Pretty obvious.

Michael Avenatti has said this is easy and they are making the dumbest moves. It's really Avenatti who is Trump's match, he just has a client he can easily control.
 
Given the "Men Suck" and "Trump Sucks" times she will likely be just fine.

It wasn't twelve years ago. The payoff happened in '16. Not just that one, from what we're hearing.
The issue isn't screwing around out of marriage, it's paying off on a shakedown. Hush money. Can you see the difference?

They already said the NDA is invalid and a court will prove that once and for all. I think they bringing up the 130K was a way to shed more light on the fact that if they did accept that offer, who would get it Trump or Cohen. Do you know?
