Pondering: Trump, McDaniels, and lawsuits

If the alleged affair never happened, as Mr Trump says, then wouldn't any lawsuits center around a claim of some type of character defamation, and NOT breach of contract?

The simple reality is that Donald Trump has extremely bad lawyers and everyone in his cadre has reached a level of desperation that literally CREATES mistakes. The end is nigh.
 
If the affair never happened, there would be no need for the NDA and the $130,000 hush-money delivery.

But the NDA was necessary because it did happen and Ms. Daniels/Clifford [allegedly] has mementos (pics/audio) of the Trump affair.

Interestingly, the NDA also addressed possible paternity issues.

you mean.... the posibility of trump having a child out of wedlock, sired by a relationship with a woman he never married?

So far 6 other women have come forward with similar allegations against Trump. Cant wait to hear their stories also.

I am getting pretty confident that this woman brands herself as a #METOO hero.....the victim of a powerful man.

No other plan makes a whole lot of sense given what has happened.

Maybe so.
But I have to concede that President Pence is a bad option......he's so boring.
I'm hoping Trump hangs on, at least until the mid-terms.
It would be nice to see Trump's enablers in the GOP get hammered in November.

I do not know how she views herself, but I do not view her as a victim in any way whatsoever.

personally i think if trump is ever removed from the white house, his base supporters will revolt againist the gop.

That may very well be the timeline and an upcoming reality. As far as Pence, boring would be a welcome break and we might even get a staffed Government with no millionares. Maybe even people who know what they are doing.
