I saw your post and I responded and will do the same here. It's equal justice under the law. If Flynn got indicted for lying to a federal agent then McCabe should be also. If not there is no equal justice under the law.

There is a 1977 film called ONE ON ONE which stars Robbie Benson as a hot shot basketball star who goes to college and clashes with an abusive coach who tries to get him to renounce his scholarship refusing to play him and abusing him badly. In the last game the kid comes off the bench to play a brilliant game and win it all. The coach tries to mend fences by telling Benson he did it to make him stronger and there are no hard feelings. Bensons reply
