I've been fond of micro houses for years, I work for two homeless groups and was thinking about building one on my property but me neighbors were worried about it , they are good neighbors so it was a pass on it. One of our biggest problems with my open doors for youth is housing.

China isn't going to have any major problems , growing pains you bet but as long as they can produce at a cheaper rate then the rest of the world , in a world market ,they will be fine. All having major problems . It is about efficiency and any economies of scale, available due simply to modern infrastructure.

They are all designed community, One whole city in Brazil, the one in Canada , my Brother got the contract and built the grade sight, and the last one is a a planned community that was built in the late 60's and still isn't even close to done. Where I grew up.
