What happens when Democrats are asked why they put “Illegals before Americans”

I'm just going to reply to the thread title. Democrats should respond that illegal immigrants are human beings, and the majority of them are fleeing poverty or worse in order to have a shot at the American dream. The world has a long and horrible history of demonizing people as "others" because of irrational fears, and the Democratic party shouldn't put up with it. ICE is already doing the devil's work, but what they do isn't enough to satisfy the pathetic people that seek to play the victim and blame others for their own failures. Hatred is the worst quality of mankind, and the Democratic party should not indulge in it.

Are you saying immigrants are fleeing their countries because their countries are ****holes as Trump referred to them? So, you agree with Trump?

So what? Irrelevant, California is part the United States of America and their votes count. In the not so distant past Gore and Kerry only one Cali by 1 million votes in 2000 & 2004...Then in 2008 Cali started to get seriously lopsided in favor of the Democrats....And guess what event happened in 2008? The Great Recession.....You figure it out....

The whole notion that Hillary should have won because she had the popular vote is childish and ignorant. The rules of the election were for the electoral vote. Had the rules been for the popular vote, you can bet there would have been a better turnout by those preferring Trump in blue states, and a better turnout for Hillary in red states. As it stands, any intelligent person knows Trump had no chance of winning California's electoral votes. He didn't even try to.

Are you one that thinks the voting across the nation would not be different if it took the popular vote to win? That Hillary would have won with no uncertainty? I hope not...

The strategy for the election was for electoral votes. Trump not caring how many votes he took from Californians is why he won. He focused on what was important to win. Not what ignorant people thinks it takes to win.

Their votes did count. Hillary got California's electoral votes!

nope; i am saying, they vote blue Because they were escaping socialism on a national basis.

So, you disagree with the language of Trump describing 'socialist' countries, for example?

Ummmmmmmmm. California has been blue for a while and current Democrats in state government go out of their way to do anything they can to supply cheap illegal labor to the California one percenters. Why would they do that? California is supposed to be against the one percenters and income inequality and yet they go out of their way to throw gasoline on the fire.

Good point, debate-wise. Various California entities seek to protect those who offer cheap labor. But you have to know that's not the point, i.e., their intent. They also pass laws that give labor more power, even as they might seek to protect illegals.

There are immigrants fleeing their home countries all around the world. In America we primarily deal with immigrants to the south of us. It isn't necessarily about arranging transport for immigrants. It is about processing these people humanely when they make it here, which we fail to do.

LMAO!! You have to be kidding? Many illegal aliens are getting MEDICAID/SCHIP and other social services. They are given due process, treated as if they are innocent until proven guilty and given free medical care in many cases. How the hell do you come up with they aren't treated humanely?

Yep. That is the point. California lawmakers go out of their way to protect the slave labor of their one percenters while fighting for income equality for white people.

Since when did government employees begin to "labor?"

Oh Gawd, I just love it, they want to haul him out in chains so badly it hurts them.....but the optics, the optics....the Democrats back to their roots of chaining up black men.

Oh what a tangled web we weave.......
