Trump as usual is playing head games. Reminding people everyone is out to get him as a means to turn attention away from the others problems he's caused. He isn't 100% crazy, just enough to be extremely dangerous but still capable of destroying the economy because he's vexed at his son-in-law being downgraded on security clearance.
Never forget. He does nothing that does not have his best interests and moods first and foremost. If he starts a nuke war he will see it as his place in history, that HE was the guy with the balls to "set things right">
