Renae has always known that. To give her credit, although she's Texan and disliked Hillary, she mentioned at election time, when the time came to actually do the voting, she just could not bring herself to vote for Trump.

Kind of like I couldn't bring myself to vote for Hillary but yet people assume I did. My bad and apologies to Renae.

People like him and his ilk call anyone a rabid trump fan if you don't spittle and mouth foam over every stupid thing the media masters tell you to. Trump has done some good, and some really dumb things, I agree. but you and I will be labled obsessed trump fans by idiots and morons all over.

It's there over the top vitriol, hatred, and blind partisanism while screaming at you that that's what you are is the most puzzling. their butthurt is legion and it's amazing how a person like myself can post a 20 point issue based item list where I point out how I disagree with trump and his ilk will screech in response that I am a rabid trump supporter. Amazing times we live in

Moronic to blame video games for school shootings. Mental health, police involvement with troubled teens and school proactive measures are the source and solution to much of these problems not video games.

if this is true, on the issue of gun violence, yes president trump meeting with . . . . "video game makers" is idiotic and a waste of time. Blaming movies, books, magazines and video games for the "cause" has always been a lost cause and failed claim that has no real logic behind it.

It's an easier answer then addressing the root issue, mental healthcare of troubled people.

I will say

For those who are mentally ill/weak/sick including those on drug/alcohol benders movies, video games, the media or friends in general can influence those individuals to do something they would normally not do

When growing up people complained about Looney Tunes being to violent and causing kids to imitate it. Then came the attacks on Dungeons and Dragons, then music, and video games from SNES era. Before that Intelevision and Atari had to poor graphics.

It comes down to the mental stability of the individual

An angry depressed person with access to guns could very well commit a mass shooting, or just commit suicide. Without access to guns the result is likely to be suicide over trying to build a bomb

1.) you mean ANYTHING can influence a mentally deranged person to do something crazy. from music, to movies, to giving them the wrong ice cream, to denying them a date or simply not saying hi to them the right way. Thats why focusing on any one particular thing is stupid and dishonest.

2.) yep people tried these same asinine and failed arguments before, they failed because they had no logical merit then just like they dont now. Similar to arguments over women voting and minorities having rights etc etc. all nonsensical delusion and dishonesty.

3.) yep a person is broken or they are not broken.

4.) of using knives, of using a car, or using poison, or setting a fire or any other of a hundred ways to harm oneself or others. Its endless. Again exactly the reason focusing on video games or guns is a lost cause.

The first step is working on identifying broken people and seeing if they can be helped. The rest don't matter much at all if that can be improved.
