Nothing, but one would hope an education would allow someone to think about the consequences
of their actions, before carrying those actions forward to the point of getting themselves in trouble.

Were you trying to imply she was a hoodrat? Or just a rat? Maybe I read you wrong but it's not about skin tone but a hoodrat being a female that sleeps with all the guys in the hood.

Actually it is good news, States used to subsidize higher education to great benefit, I am not sure why they slowed down.
The population benefits, and the state gets much higher tax revenues, from an educated population.
The educated population also attracts employers.
